- Revitalization: Fast, safe and healthy weight loss and total body detox programs of 3 to 30 days, including detoxification diets, exercise, herbal/mud/seaweed wraps and reflexology.
Spa Arrival
It is advisable to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your treatment reservation to enable you to enjoy full use of our exclusive facilities. Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will possibly interfere with your treatment. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals.
Age Requirements
VIE Lifestyle Lab is an adult sanctuary. Guests must be 16 years or older to use the facility or receive spa treatments.
Pregnancy
Please allow the spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time. Unfortunately, we do not offer any spa treatments during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
What to Bring
For your comfort we will provide you with a luxurious robe, towels and slippers to use throughout your visit. Within the changing rooms a wide range of amenities will be provided.
Shaving
Shaving is not recommended prior to a body treatment or men's facial.
Spa Environment
The spa environment is one of serenity and relaxation. Please respect other guests' right to privacy and do not use mobile phones within the spa.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the spa. We have a dedicated smoking lounge, The Cigar Lounge, located on the 16th floor.
Gift Vouchers
VIE Lifestyle Lab gift vouchers are available for purchase for all spa services. Please contact the spa reception for further information.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel any appointment. In case of cancellation please notify the spa one day in advance to avoid being charged for the service. Missed appointments without the proper notice are subject to a 100% charge for reserved services.
Access
While Level 15 is a mixed gym and spa, Level 11 is strictly Ladies-Only. For access to our gym and Infinity Pool you must either be an in-house guest or a Domain Plus member. Alternatively you can purchase Day Passes at the Spa Reception for BHD 10++.
